- All pieces are handmade individually, and have slight imperfections and differences. Glass can have textures, bubbles & imperfections and this is common.

- The metal contains lead, please wash hands after handling.

- Please do not use suction cups when hanging, they will eventually fail! I recommend screw in "cup-hooks" directly into window moulding, and using jack chain, strong twine, heavy-duty fishing line. 3M also makes clear plastic adhesive-backed hooks that are made for windows, that seem to be good quality, if you choose to go that route-- I would get one that states it will hold 10+ lbs. I have not tested them though.

Just a quick heads-up for my Canadian customers — when your order arrives in Canada, import charges may be collected by Canada Post before delivery. Most buyers can expect these charges to be roughly 15–25% of the item value, depending on your province. This typically includes GST/HST plus a small Canada Post handling fee (around $10 CAD). These fees aren’t included in the item price or shipping and are collected directly by Canada Post.

Shipping to Canada from Georgia, USA typically takes about 1–4 weeks. Once I ship your piece, you’ll automatically receive an email from my website when it’s handed off for mailing. That email will include your USPS tracking number, which you can use on the USPS website to follow its progress and view an estimated delivery date (please note that international estimates can vary).

Your USPS tracking number will continue to work after your package enters Canada and can also be used on Canada Post’s tracking website. Tracking may pause during customs, which is totally normal. Canada Post doesn’t always send emails, texts, or even leave a delivery notice, so I recommend checking the tracking occasionally once it reaches Canada to help prevent packages from being held or returned. If a package is held at the post office for about 15 days without being picked up or paid for, it’s automatically returned to me — sometimes after the package has already been in transit for several weeks.
